Little League Softball Comes to NHD2

New Hampshire District 2 Little League now officially offers Softball. Concord will be the first team in New Hampshire District 2 to now offer a Little League Softball program. This comes after Little League try's to make a push to extend Little League to more people in our surrounding community. NH has high hopes of sending a team down to the regional tournament in Bristol, CT this upcoming summer. Whoever wins this years State Championship would be the first ever softball team to represent the state of New Hampshire at the regional tournament. As of now there is on only one other team besides Concord which is Monadnock who launched their program last spring. There are many there towns working on chartering a team this summer.
